The role is on-site in the Financial District, Hyderabad.
What you'll do
- Lead projects end to end, from breaking down complex problems to shipping robust solutions
- Own architecture and technical decisions across the stack, building in ReactJS and NodeJS on AWS
- Tackle hard engineering problems: performance at scale, real-time collaboration and third-party integrations
- Set the bar for well-architected code and help keep the codebase scalable, maintainable and readable
- Mentor other engineers and raise the team's overall quality
- Make deliberate trade-offs between creating technical debt and delivering business requirements
What we're looking for
- 5 to 8 years of full-stack experience
- Strong command of ReactJS, NodeJS and AWS
- Strong fundamentals in data structures and algorithms
- A track record of leading projects and owning outcomes end to end
- Excellent communication, and the ability to do well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
